Would you like to order a ring but are you unsure about your ring size? You can measure your ring size yourself in a number of ways. With the tips below you will have found the right ring size in no time!

• Measure a ring you already have

The easiest way to measure your ring size is to measure your own ring that already fits you well. Place the ring on a ruler and measure the inside of the ring (don't measure the outside). Place the inside of the ring exactly on the 0 and count the number of millimeters at the widest point of the ring. This is your ring size. This ring size is also called the ring size diameter.

• Measure your ring size yourself with your finger

Don't have a well-fitting ring to use as an example? Then take a piece of paper and wrap it loosely around the finger you want to measure. Draw a line with a pencil at the point where the paper meets. Then place this piece of paper against a ruler. The measured length is the circumference of your finger. You can also use a piece of string or measuring tape to measure.

• Do you want to measure your bracelet size?

Then measure the circumference of your wrist with a measuring tape. For a tight bracelet, add two centimeters to this. For a looser bracelet 3 centimeters. This is the size of your bracelet.

• Your fingers are affected by temperature? In cold weather you have narrower fingers than during warm days. That is why it is important to measure your finger at room temperature.

• Do wide rings feel tighter? It is advisable to buy this type of ring half a size larger.

• Your left hand and right hand are different in size? So make sure you measure the size of the finger where you want to wear the ring.
